1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Al Tawfeeq Transport
In rare cases, Al Tawfeeq Transport may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services or bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated during the booking process. Non-refundable items include:
- Special tours or packages purchased with promotional discounts.
- Service bookings made during peak seasons with strict schedules.
